More than decent white wine but not much distinction and there were other wines in the tasting with more personality. Clean, fresh and balanced. 12.5%

Cellarhand 20th Anniversary Tour 2019 V2 (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street) : A slightly riper version of the Pinot Blanc - some melon joins the pear and a little creamy richness underpins this. In the mouth though it's bitter, a little flabby and alcoholically warm to the detriment of the other characteristics. Meh

In the glass hay colored to a clear meniscus. A mélange of aromas at different times including green apple, pineapple, spice, aged cheddar cheese and wet stone. On the palate it felt flat and wide with the apple and spice notes dominating to a quick finish. I think a little more acidity would have made this a bit more interesting.
