A generous gift from my friend Gaby several years back, this has been in the cellar for about 5 years. Pre-Easter dinner in OC with family, good excuse to open this. Slow oxed for about 45 minutes, drank over an hour. Dark garnet core with some thinning at the edge. Expressive nose of dark fruits and faint tobacco.
