How much should simple deliciousness count in numerical evaluation? Decanted 1 hr. ahead. Deep garnet color. Nice nose of dust, plums, figs, cherries, white pepper. Smooth and delicious on the palate, with clear fruit flavors leading a medium-bodied package. Not tart, not soft; pleasant.
