Bright medium greenish yellow. Tons of stone fruit on the nose with minerals throughout. Medium plus body with medium plus acidity (7.5/10). Layered palate with similar nuances to the nose, white gravel, peaches and pears. Long finish. Drink till 2029.

Alchemist Bar & Lounge (San Francisco) : Aromas of pineapple with oak, ripe brown pears, hay and gentle bitter minerals. Lots of strong, initial acidity. The acidity overwhelmed the other flavors of subtle minerals, dry hay and earth. Subtle white and yellow fruit, with pith, seeds, and all. Good on pop and pour, lost a lot of vibrancy and fell almost flat after being opened for a while.
