Bryan Stewart Tasting 20th December : Wow. Quite light in colour for Chardonnay. No oak. Aged in concrete 'egg'. Notes of citrus peel, smoke and flowers on the nose. Slightly saline with a prickle on the tongue at first. Interesting and quite long. Would not guess Chardonnay or Poland blind for sure! Definitely worth a taste. Fair value. Will likely improve a bit more in bottle but really good now.

Spiced golden apple, cinnamon, Thai green chilli, rose on the nose- pure, direct, really quite exciting. Pear and salt on the palate - clean and persistent. A great find

The Wine Society Autumn 2025 Press Tasting (Southwark) : My first Polish wine and one of the real surprises of the tasting. I had no idea they even made wine in Poland.
