Medium yellow. Explosive nose of apple, quince, pear, honey and flint. Palate is nutty, with brioche and pear notes. Doesn't quite carry through the minerality promised on the nose. Rich, medium length finish. Excellent, textbook PEC Chardonnay.

Light yellow. Lightly intense nose toasty pear and apple with mineral notes. Fresh and light, with the oak more prominent, warm, medium length finish.
