Paso Robles Wine Trip; 9/12/2017-9/14/2017 : Gorgeous aromatics of deep black cherries, black pepper, cocoa, savory spices and loamy earth. Plush and velvety yet shows structured tannins and medium acidity. The black cherry and blueberry fruit is rich but crunchy and topped with smoked meat, charcoal, pepper, eucalyptus. Wears its fruit on its sleeve, but so complex and worthy of five more years of sleep.

Good dark fruit with mild tannins and touch of Syrah pepper. My wife thought it better the second night, I thought it was about the same.
