As a preface, aging white burgundy is now almost a fools game. Wasn't always the case, and this bottle is a reminder of why. When opened, not a hint of oxidation, and not particularly dark in color - not that much darker than the Ballot Millot 2008 Meursault Genevrieres tasted alongside.
