Cherry and light oak on the nose. Also picked up a whiff of something herbal. On the palette modest tannin, robust acid and medium finish. Not a complex wine but should pair nicely with pizza or a tomato based pasta.

Inky, dark red-purple color; skinny, slow legs; savory nose of mint mixed with ripe blueberries; tannins on the wine, it taste like whole cluster press, black and blue notes on the palate.

This is the estate’s young vines version of the ‘Parotet Vermell’, a blend of 70 percent Garnatxa Tintorera and 30 percent Monastrell, sourced from organically farmed vineyards in the Serra Grossa mountain range (municipality of Moixent, Comunitat Valenciana). The wine was fermented with indigenous yeast and aged for six months in 2600-liter terra-cotta amphorae. Color picota cubierto. Nariz intensa y madura, con una amplia carga de fruta roja en sazón, recuerdos a hierbas aromáticas mediterráneas, y algún toque mentolado en el fondo. En boca tiene buen ataque, cuerpo medio, paso cremoso, notable peso de fruta, buena acidez, estructura media y notable longitud. Excelente definición de la fruta.

70% Garnacha, 30% Monastrell. Crianza de 6 meses en tinajas de barro de 2.800 litros. Color picota cubierto con destellos rubí. La nariz es golosa, con cierto carácter voluptuoso en el que la fruta roja en sazón domina, si bien hay alguna nota de monte bajo y algún recuerdo a chocolate blanco.
