First wine tasted at Mitre's Edge. This vintage is made up of 100% Viognier. Aged in stainless steel and no malolactic fermentation. Light pale yellow. Quite fruity on the nose with white flowers and stone fruits. Medium acidity (5.5/10) and light bodied. Very crisp and fresh on the palate with apricots and pears. Shortish finish. Drink now.
