Interesting cuvee of Sauvignon blanc and Chardonnay. Works best in between 9-10 C temp. Below that temp. it taste like two separate wines just been mixed in the glass. Around 9 and above wine turns pleasant, on a bit heavy side loaded with tropical scents. A bit on the lower side with acidity but still there is a correct amount of it to keep it in the balance. Served by the glass at Butcher & The Boar (Minneapolis). Straw color. Lemon, mango, and grapefruit rind, along with some grassiness and minerality. Smooth, dry palate, with vibrant (albeit lower intensity) acidity. Perfectly serviceable for what it is. Not my style, but I appreciate the varietal correctness and quality for the price point.

The only other note for this wine (so far) pegs it as a 95-point wine. LOL. Perhaps if the scale runs from 90 to 100. It's fine for $14. Weighty, moderate acidity, very grassy. It has a little too much substance to be in the 'crisp white' category, and, at this stage in its evolution, it is a bit too monolithic to move out of the minor leagues, but it could develop with age.

I liked this alot. Not to acidic. Lots of pear with a similar taste to tangerine blossom shang tea. Fairly sweet. Looking forward to a couple years of age on it.

Aromatisk, stor och väldigt speciell doft med lager på lager av mogna äpplen, bakade päron, pajskal, ananas och citrus. Medelfyllig, frisk och väldigt saftigt fruktig smak med mer päron och rund citrusfrukt, honung, citrusmarmelad och persikor.

medium lemon colour; supershiny and clear. nose: aromatic bit tart; full of geranium, gooseberries, sage, mint plus some asparagus and apples; robust. taste: high acidity; sweetness of ripe apples; unripe pears; meadows, field flowers, hay; medium (+) finish with sweter peach aromas. rather complex but too expressive to score it higher. Anyway very good.

This wine has a surprising amount of color, a mat golden-yellow reminiscent of it’s label. A blast of fruit comes through on the nose; peach, canned pineapple, cantaloup, lemon sorbet and apple sauce. The palate is rich despite not having been aged in oak. As it opens up, a savory herbaceousness comes through in the form of rosemary, aloe, lavender and fresh agave.

- Yellow gold color with medium forming legs and aromas of cut green grass, melon, orange blossom and lemon. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of butterscotch, grapefruit and apple with a light body. Juicy texture with a short finish - Great surprise! I used it to cook a risotto, but almost finished the whole bottle before it . Good everyday wine, excelent price/benefit ratio.
