On nose: stony minerals, sea salt and green melon rind. On palate: all above flavour notes amplified, with green peach skin, blanched almonds, a ghost of fresh basil, and an undercurrent of both keffir lime and tangerine peel......all displayed on a lean,but full flavoured body. SB gets a bad rap, but this should be a counterexample.
