Bott Frères Riesling Osterberg

Behind the moldy cork (although i didn't have any trouble getting it out) lies a really beautiful gold wine. Expressive nose of daisies, honey, Asian pear, lemon, and petroleum jelly. Dry, medium plus acidity, medium minus alcohol, long finish. No signs of oxidation here. The nose follows seamlessly to the palate where the various nuances meld together beautifully.
