2019 ‘Phantom Lamb’ is super high-toned on the nose, this shows serious depth and concentration mid-palate. Once on the mouth, the soft mouthfeel entices, as the tension runs through the core of deep dark fruits, chocolate, white pepper and salty undercurrents.
