Double decanted, and waited an hour. Tried it at room temp, and chilled a bit. It’s amazingly high alcohol content. >15% alcohol starts killing fermenting yeast, and they got this wine to 17.3%! The high alcohol makes this wine taste so heavy. Like a sumo wrestler on your tongue. There’s intense blackberry jam to try to match it, but a flabby texture from poor acidity. Over ripe fruit giving an unbalanced wine.
