pale gold colour. very expressive aromas and flavours of peach, nectarine and ripe melon, laced with honeysuckle and accented with anise. dry, with creamy plus body and balanced acidity that livens the fruit; wet stones and spice notes provide additional depth and hint at future development. very good finish. 13% AbV; blend of equal halves Marsanne and Roussanne from various lots; each lot is fermented separately; blended wine matures in wood vessels (a small portion new).
