Full, rich pinot gris. Big and fat on the nose, with light aromas of melon, passionfruit and some fatty/meaty notes. This was well made and balanced, but I would rather have had it a few years ago, when the acidity was higher and it had more flowery/fruity notes. Guessed blind as Australian pinot gris.
