very plush and mineral, yet lean and elegant, oak is not overbearing and gives a nice depth. Great wine, and drinks super well now.

Som navnet tilsier en "liten" Figeac hvor man tydlig kan kjenne igjen slottets stil hvis man har drukket førstevinene fra Ch Figeac. Myk og salig duft av blåbær, moreller, furugulv, skorstein, torv og lett bål. Frukten er klar og vinen drikker overaskende godt ungt, med helt mye overganger. En perfekt vin til å nyte forran en peis.

Left over from a vacuumed bottle opened 4 days ago. This followed a 07 Valbuena and held up surprisingly well. Young and juicy Bdx, well integrated already (after plenty of air of course), the cooler and leaner vintage does not really show on this second wine. Certainly better than the 2011 I had recently

Too young? Day 1: 1 hour decant. Very sharp at first. After another hour settled in. Tart cherry or plum finish. Too tart. Day 2: much nicer. The tart finish had settled but not enough. Overall was expecting more.

Wow, wow, wow...no real reason to buy the big brother ever again! Super Second!!! Blackberry and flowers on the nose. Full body, powerful fruit, light tannins and a medium finish.
