Lots of acid, so must be paired with meats, or foods that needs good palate cleansing. It's real. 2nd day, slow-oxed from bottle had nose of luxurious roses, tart of rhubarb and raspberry, citrus, but lots of flowers. Palate was very high acid and tart. Was a touch hard to drink for that reason.
