A beautiful bottle. Like a fine aged Bordeaux. Sous Bois up front that made me feel like walking in a forest. Deep dark currants, and other dark fruits rolled across the palate. As it opened more of the deep fruits came out. Just lovely and really shows how Texas wines can age (at least when Ben Calais winemaker is involved)
