Red Wine with an orange tint to the rim. On the nose sweet, earthy cherry notes. Blue plums. Directly out of the bottle the wine is lean bodied, with a sour tanginess that makes it slightly unbalanced. Beautiful tannins, but lacking something in the overall impression. After an hour the wine hasn't improved much.
