From magnum. Disgorged 8Feb21 with 2 g/l dosage a little more primary than the 750, lots more lemon curd, with the fruit hiding a bit underneath. A little time open brings it out. Just a nice and easy drinking bottle of champagne.

lots of lemon curd, some bread, a bit of lemon candy note. It’s fresh, drinking nicely, has some room to gain complexity. Nice champagne from Bouvet.

Dosage 2 gr/l Dégorgé en septembre 2020 Une bulle fine, un profil droit, une aromatique contenue, classique si on peut dire, une très fine réduction. Le vin le plus classique goûté de la gamme à date, on sent du potentiel mais c’est à attendre un peu je pense. Peut être aurait il mérité une aération plus longue. Très bien en apéritif. Dommage, je n’avais qu’un exemplaire de cette bouteille…
