Agreeable but basic, with subdued pear and Sprite flavors. Creamy, in a dull way.

Glass: Zalto Universal Popped and poured, drunk over multiple days. Clear, medium golden color. Clean, medium+ intense, youthful nose with some pear, mellow apple, spices and some slightly citric notes. Very fresh and young. On the palate dry, medium acidity, medium+ alcohol with 13,5% abv. Well balanced Grüner Veltliner, some spices, white pepper, some sweet apricot, noticeable extract. Finish is medium with some rather sweet fruit. Obviously young, but already approachable. Solid wine with potential for at least 3-5+ years. …
