A private dinner (Restaurant Rakuichi Soba, Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan) : Not as ethereal as the Kamotsuru which preceded it, but there is a lovely intensity and power, even if it is earthy / mushroomy rather than floral, relatively dry but rounded, good length. A solid saké with nice purity, but it slightly lacks complexity.
