This dry Amontillado has nutty, coffee notes and a distinctly saline appeal. Quite nice. Additional note to be added on day 3. Day 3. A bit weary for the couple of days this was open, and refridgerated. Dropped score by a point, for what that's worth.

Salted almonds, burnt lemon peel, and iron on the nose. Palate is moderately rich with peanut butter, toast, and slight salinity. Dried apricots are the primary fruit component. Amazing acidity throughout. Great little aperitif.

Excellent smooth... some vanilla

Sherry has a rich walnut aroma with a smooth and almost velvety flavor. It is sweeter and darker than what comes from the blending of a sweet Pedro Ximenez Sherry with the Oloroso to create a very smooth flavor. Often this Sherry is served as an aperitif and as a dessert wine. Serve at room temperature.

Drank after dinner club. Was expecting the olmarosa instead of the amontillado.
