Dougos Roditis-Assyrtiko

Pale lemon-green. Clean and youthful nose of medium + intensity with citrus fruit, green apples, some floral aromas and some stoney (or dusty) minerality. This minerality reminded me a lot the minerality which the assyrtiko grape exhibits when planted in the island of Santorini, yet the assyrtiko in this blend is from Thessaly.
