Twin Wells Shiraz Hunter Valley

Fairly light purple colour in the glass (for an Aussie Shiraz), this wine showed red berry fruit, capsicum and characteristic white pepper one the nose. The palate was medium bodied - some fresh upfront fruit, and a little wood and spice but no read mid-palate. Finish was also a little lacking. Technically well made, but it's nothing special.
