I often forget about Sauvignon Blanc. But it’s a wine I need to drink more frequently. Great pairing with lighter dishes like the Greek chicken bowls we made. Pale yellow green. Aromas of stone fruit, guava, pineapple, wet grass, lime zest and mineral. So balanced. Acidity that keeps you coming back for more

Really tasty SB. Fantastic aromatics. Dances in the pallette. Nice acid. 20% semiillion is nice.

Tasted at the winery: Loads of grapefruit which is the dominant profile, peach, tropical fruit cup, white flowers, powdered sugar and a beautiful round texture and mouthfeel.

Fantastic SB. Pale yellow coloring. Fantastic aromas of stonefruits, pineapple, lime, and wet stone. Crushable stuff worth gobbling up this summer but will last at least a handful of years.

Really interesting, very different from classic Sav Blancs.
