Aromas of lemon peel, apricot and apple. Very clear pale golden yellow in color. Crisp, bright flavors of citrus pith and peel and apple cider with long finish. Refreshing and yummy, crisp and clean. One of our favorites for sure!

Buttery aromas of crisp apple and oak with hint of pineapple. Very clear pale golden in color. Crunchy, fresh flavors of lemon peel, grapefruit, apple, and pear with good oak and long finish. Rich and complex, should be a great pairing for herb-buttermilk-marinated wild salmon.
