Almost cloyingly sweet. Huge fruit and so much sugar that it left sediment in the glass. I'm not sure what to think other than maybe it'll get better but maybe it'll be sangria...

Somewhat of a fruit bomb. Not common for a Russian River zin. Not much eucalyptus or pepper.

Tasted at the winery. High quality producer where the wine making is minimally invasive and organic in everything but name. This was a standout in a bunch of stand out wines. Floral and red fruit nose with medium acidity, medium soft tannins. Juicy red fruits. Almost 15% ABV but not your usual zin fruit bomb; very elegant zin from an AVA known more for Burgundian varietals.
