Dorato intenso e brillante. Il naso ha papaya, cedro, pietra focaia, conchiglia, miele di timo, anice, in un quadro di grande classicità. Freschissimo, citrino, ha lunga ed elegante persistenza salmastro-agrumata

Full bodied with good level of acidity, very fresh and clean, just a touch of oily character and slightly nutty, this one has a lot to explore, still need some time to get all the thing combine nicely together. Very young and will prefer to drink it after 3-4y so time will do its magic on it :)

Very nice classic Chablis with greenish-citrusy, mineral flavours and exquisite sourness. Seems a bit more complex than straight Chablis. Will probably keep a long time.

Very light yellow color. Fresh Lime nose. Tasting it I first get apple/pear like flavors quickly followed by very crisp and prickling acidity with distinct lemon/lime. Definitely elegant rather than the opulent style Chablis. In view it's lacking character.
