Wine & Dine with Friedrich Becker (Restaurant Meister Lampe, Stuttgart) : Glass: Stölzle Quatrophil White Clear, very strange color: rosé/salmon!!! According to Mr. Becker due to the fact of a long term cool maceration of 2-3 days. Nose was quite closed. Dry, nice acidity, easy drinking wine without complexity and potential.
