Seville Estate, Chardonnay, Yarra Valley

Light coloured gold, glossy, exactly what you would expect. On the nose there is grapefruit, floral and mineral notes, low to medium weight, whilst not unpleasant I wouldnt say it is enticing either. Medium minus body, it feels fairly rounded in the mouth, acidity fresh and mouther watering. Grapefruit bitterness on the palate, a little butter, a little spicy, pith bitterness (more intense than the grapefruit) at the back. Also seems a little watery. Edit: The oyster shell notes came …
