Dusty nose with bright cherry and wet fur notes. This is a delicious wine that has distinct but restrained Russian River characteristics (i.e. cherry cola) but has some Burgundian characteristics as well: earthiness, bright acidity. I remember tasting this when we bought it and this bottle has matured very well in those 5 years. This is what Pinot should be.

The wine is still lovely and well-integrated. It's ruby red with a very subtle nose, slightly floral and slightly mineral. There's some cola on the front with a long finish on the back end. It's a very good wine but not WOW!

Mellow and ready to drink now. Red-brown color, still has good fruit. Cherry, cola, and breakfast tea. Decent acidity and long finish. Can pair well with many foods. Had a big family dinner and went with beef short ribs and turkey equally well.

Great place for this wine. Purity of bright red fruit. Strawberry and raspberry blast. Nice acidity and soft tannins. Solid.

Crisp, fresh on the palate. Ruby red, solid raspberry and watermelon. Very nice with a tarragon butter basted roast chicken.

Berry, cherry and light pepper. Just a little tannin, will be good for years to come. A good finish

Great depth and complexity. Pomegranate, black raspberry and blueberry swirl with hints of pine forest and herbs. This bottle gained sophistication through the evening and will age well.

Well balanced with good acidity. Aromas of bright cherry and cola.
