Great rose'. Sent extremely well with grilled salmon salad!

A grownup Rosé. Enjoyed w seasalted cashews in Swedish arcipelago at sunset. Dry and crisp. Not complex. Subdued berries and minerals. A very pleasant wine.

A wonderful dry rose. Perfect on a hot Memorial Day. Nice character.

Consistent, This is a bit on the subdued side. Strawberry and minerals. Not going to wow you with complexity. Yes, at close to $20 a bit on the expensive side for what this is, but that aspect aside, it is perfectly enjoyable to drink.

peaches, herbal hints, metallic minerality, but all quite subdued. it could have been the food pairing, which was bitter and very savoury, but on day two this wine wasn't very assertive either. a nice wine but not memorable, and not worth the price increase over the regular peyrassol this year. although maybe one is supposed to cellar it for 10 years. you never know with these provence roses...

Really nice. Steely minerals with the slight hint of melon and strawberry. Where some roses can be a bit sweet, this is more mineral with some nice supporting fruit.

Consistent with last tasting -- perhaps a bit more citrusy this time. This is just a really nice summer wine.

This is great, but it did not follow Champagne by the river very well.

Same as my last note, this is good stuff. I love how dry and refreshing it is.

Light yellow-tinged pink colo. Nose of light red fruit and orange hints. Strawberry, orange rind and berry notes with a creamy & smokey cedar notes wrapped in a bright minerality brings some complexity to the party. (blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah)

Good, but I'm not getting the complexity others have... strawberry and salted melon, wish it had a touch more acidity, Will try again to reassess, hopefully....

Color: pale salmon in color Smell: Beautiful notes of floral, melon, and light summer fruits Taste: vibrant and brisk lots of strawberry, melon, and faint cherry notes Overall: This is exactly what I look for in a summer wine. I would gladly buy more of this at the $20 mark...and will soon be looking to stock more of this.

Pale pink. Strawberry with melon and orange drops, hibiscus and rose petals. Just so lucid and defined on the palate, chiseled and polished marble texture. Lovely and layered. Finished the last pour 3.5 days later and still just as outstanding. Paired initially at a brunch with strawberry and creme fraiche French toast, croque monsieur with béchamel sauce, and goat cheese, basil, and tomato bruschetta. Worked beautifully with all of them. Outstanding wine.

Gorgeous limpid pink color. The wine is bone dry and is a melange of dry oyster shell, pink rose petal, light barely ripe strawberry, sea breeze. Balanced and crisp, I could see myself clearing out a case of this before Fall arrives.

Delicate nose with a bit of sea air. Good strong acidity makes this a good food rosé. Orange oil and strawberries. Very tasty.

Enjoyable. Starts soft of lush and soft, but the acidity show later to balance the ripe full fruit. Fairly serious rose, great with some new potatoes with garlic butter.

This is only marginally above average. Almost nothing on the nose and a palate of light red berries and a peppery flavour that seemed out of place.

Where has this rosé been all my life? Pale pink and crystal clear, this smells like a sea breeze and a juicy tangerine. The saltiness carries through to the palate, where it's joined by clean, crisp minerality and bright ruby red grapefruit. In comparing this to some of my favorite pink wines, I'm struck by its balance. Everything is precisely in check. It's not as searingly acidic as Ameztoi Rubentis Txakolina, which I can only enjoy with a meal, nor …

One of my favorites roses of the summer so far. Beautiful light pink color, nice clean dry nose with just a hint of melon. Good hit of strawberry and watermelon on the attack nicely balanced with a crisp, dry finish. Great drink for a hot summer night.

Soft, seductively soft. The fruit lies on the structure as if it was a pillow. The acidity is layered in beautifully. Such a fine rose, easy to enjoy but offering layers of pleasure.

Light strawberry color. Citrus and melon rind. Full, pretty lush, good grip and tannin. If you closed your eyes, you could imagine drinking red wine. Dry, good.

This is amazingly tasty stuff. Light and elegant, with hints of minerals. It's so delicate on one hand, yet has an intensity and persistant finish that really surprises. Great stuff, on the next tier when it comes to roses.
