The base wine is fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. Aged in a combination of 7 old barriques and 1 new puncheon. 12,6% alcohol, 5,5 g/l acidity, pH 3,4. Minimum effective SO2. Total production 4488 bottles. Pale yellow color.
