This last bottle improved over previous bottles with some extra cellar time. Very pleasant white blend. Paired well with salmon dinner. Ready to start drinking the 2020 vintage now.

Served to cousins for a social distant BBQ. They all loved this wine. Something for everyone with a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and a touch of Gewurztraminer.

Nice fruity white blend. Good acidity with a medium finish. Pleasant summer sipper alone or paired with seafood or roasted chicken.
