The Txakolina Rose starts off with just a little bit of natural frizante, but its entire reason to exist is to bring concentrations of both red fruit and peach that just attacks and lingers. Txakolina always brings some interesting, unique and hard to describe tree sap meets green vegetable aromas and flavors. Super refreshing.

Fresh and lively, nice acidity, actually better as it warmed. Red fruit, leaning to strawberry, light cherry, bit of citrus. Following several notes, served with salmon, pasta with homemade basil/parsley lemon pesto. Was great.

Light pink color. Very light effervescence with extremely fine bubbles. This is a high acid wine. Bone dry. Unripe strawberry followed by a sharp lime and pith ending. Tasty salinity underneath it all. Oh boy, this is angular for a Rosé. I love it.
