Phenomenal, especially for the age. Ripping acidity, reminiscent of Alsace. Fantastic with spicy food. Hints of aged cheese on the finish, super interesting.

Unbelievably youthful at 10 years old. Tingly lemon acid with hay and honey. But long, balanced citrusy acid is the thing here. Delicious.
