40% SB, 60% Semillon. Interesting big frosty nose, perhaps just a touch of barrel ferment/aging. Cream soda palate. Has a very edgy acidity, present, but not med/+. It sticks out in a funny way, I don't want to say acidified, but it's not that well placed today.

40% Sauvignon Blanc, 60% Semillon. elegant, ashy, light oak, citrus. medium body. shows a little onion skin on the nose. cream, vanilla, whipped cream.
