Knights Valley Wine Experience; 9/19/2025-9/20/2025 (Knights Valley) : Tasted twice on same day. First on the verandah at the estate carriage house where it had been opened for 30-45 minutes w no decant and second later with dinner of seared ribeye with lobster mushroom demiglace.
