Dark ruby color, lots of fruit with hints of oak.

I like this wine a lot. Big fruit, good balance, drank very well over two days.

Had a second bottle. Same dark fruit and subtle spices of Blair Fox. However, I actually thought it was better the second day this time. I still think this is a wine that should be enjoyed over the next year or two instead of holding beyond that.

Decent wine. Better the first day. Dark fruit flavors. May need more time in the bottle, but I don't think it will last until 2024.

Tonight this came across like blanc de noir with a few dashes of angostura bitters. Pretty spicy and generally delicious.

It has a weird peach-like color. Seems to be fading quickly. Still pretty good and a bit of a wine dork experiment. This remains much more of a rose that happens to be sparkling, rather than being a classic sparkling wine.

Really delicious. This manages to maintain much more of a vinious grenache quality, rather than just a generic rose profile. The mousse is a bit chunky, but this is much more about straightforward enjoyment and not particularly concerned with subtlety or nuance. This should ideally be drank outside and in the sun. On a great day, you could tack on an extra point or two.
