Avide Frappato Sicilia Spumante Metodo Classico Brut Nutaru

(Vin Italy, 2016) Only 1800 bottles produced (Carlo Ferrini, winemaker), and quite nicely styled. The same (descriptors) as the bianco spumante, with the addition of a touch more body and some savory notes in the middle and final. I could drink this every week, it's precise, yet not too serious, and it's got a lot of pairing options (antipasti for me, seafood for my wife).
