Light and crisp, with the nimbleness of 10,5% alcohol. My first flirt with Jacquère and I find it reminiscent of Loire Sauvignon Blanc but a touch less characteristic. Had it with a nice goat cheese.

Light lemon yellow color; intriguing, lightly baked eggplant, baked lemon, light sauerkraut nose; tasty, lightly oily textured tangy, very tart lemon, mineral, sauerkraut jus palate with medium-plus acidity; medium-plus finish (11% alcohol; great pairing with lemon chicken, lemony fish, eggplant and veggie dishes) 91+ points

Didn't take notes, but I recall this was very fresh and crisp, and a pure delight. Mom loved it (means something coming from a Savoyarde!).
