Lemon hue, medium(+) intensity. Developed to mature nose, medium(-). Dried herbs, citrus, chalk, chamomile and, later, some bitter almond. Dry, medium acidity, medium body with very nice mouthcoating and thick mouthfeel. 14%. Finely textured. Interwoven flavours. Very good length with a slight bitterness at the end. An lovely hovering/pensile overall impression. Incipient maturity, fabulous right now, enjoy! (Mainly fermented in oak.)

Taste increased since last time ( 2 years ago). Notes of age weren‘t that strong as expected.

Pale lemon yellow. Medium intense nose of stone fruits, rose, ripe red apple and pear. On the palate nice creamy texture, medium(+) with slightly detectable alcohol but overall rather elegant. Medium long finish with these ripe stone fruits lingering on the tongue. Nice Pinot Blanc from a good vintage in Baden. Drink now.
