The wine looks purple colored. The legs are slow. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, blueberry, cranberry, fig, forest floor, mushroom and walnut. It tastes like bready, soy sauce, black pepper and coffee. The body is medium/full. The wine has leathery texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity. Reminded me of a Bordeaux
