Chablis and Champagne 19-22.09.2011; 9/19/2011-9/22/2011 : Tiny production (4138 bottles). This wine was only bottled in February 2011, which might explain why it is such a mess this evening. It smells and tastes a bit like fermenting grape juice, and is definitely too sweet to be a classic Chablis, despite its hefty balancing acidity. Fat mid-palate.
