Note: I use a scale on which 85 represents a very good wine. Just shy of the magical 90 for me. Excellent bottle regardless. Easy drinking. Well balanced. Classic Riesling palate, although no petrol -- okay with me.

Loved this wine. Beautiful notes of honey, peaches, slate. Nice acidity and a beautiful pure finish. Another great Rimmerman find.

Opened on thanksgiving. Nice mineral and honey nose. Very clean and fresh on the palate. Agree totally with the note about the fountain, I couldn't help but think of a mountain spring while drinking.

Awesome nose with honey, slate, mineral, and kind of a nervousness to it. Stunningly pure on the palate with all of the above. Great with or without food and very low in alc. (10.5%) as well. Kind of smells like it has been run through a cascading fountain made of slate, then poured into glass.

Damn nice Kab. Sweet nose of honey, peaches, rock, and citrus. Most of the nose moved to the palate as well as some quince, apple, and slate. Went well w/ some bbq'd shrimp. Nice medium + finish. Drank at a little colder then cellar temp and it got a little better as it warmed up some.
