Tomada de Castro Albariño Rías Baixas Flor de Verano

All estate fruit, this tiny winery has all its equipment in a "cellar" that's got to be half the size of the average American basement. This is from their lower elevation, more humid plots, and it has a very bright, floral green apple quality, soft and peachy and rather more round than you would find in more serious Rias Baixas. Nice length on it and very expressive.
