Flot vin. Frugten væltede op af flasken fra start af. Efter et par timer blev den mere mørk uden at det blev kostald eller skovbund, men dog tydelig stor bourgogne. Kan sagtens vente. Fadbehandlingen var til den diskrete side og fuldt integreret. Syren skiftede lidt fra at være for meget til at være passende. Svage og integrerede tanniner.

Fantastic bottle of wine. 1 hour slo-o. Stunning translucent red hue and red berry bouquet. This was a fantastic expression of a pure and elegant Pinot Noir. Amazing mid-palate with great finesse. Finished with considerable length. Fantastic acidity to allow this to last for quite some time.

Very appealing nose of raw beef, cinnamon, cloves and berries. The palate is not as good with a little oiliness that dissipates, some soy, bright berries and herbs. A notion of wet leaves. Long finish. Good wine but I could've used a little more body.
